PAYMENT METHODS

All payment must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

iBanking/Funds Transfer
POSB SAVINGS ACCOUNT 119-35049-2
only full amount, NO DEPOSITS ARE ALLOWED to avoid confusion.
upon transfer, please text us the reference code and time of transfer which will be on the receipt issued by the ATM/shown on the screen.
failure to do any of the above will be deemed as order forfeited
should you face any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us!

DELIVERY

pick-up points will be decided according to floreale-'s convenience. negotiations are of course welcomed!
Delivery made to your receipient's address will be charged at SGD10 per trip.

Last-minute deliveries will be charged at SGD15.00 (surcharge of SGD5.00 will still be applied should the delivery is made on a Sunday or Public Holiday)

floreale-♥ reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability,but of course,you will be informed!

In the case of cancellation of orders, notification must be given at least 24 hours prior to the actual delivery date.
For cancellations made between 12 to 24hours before the delivery date/time, 50% of the purchase price will be levied.
No refund will be available for cancellation made less than 12 hours.
